After Purchase – Sending Your Photos
Once you have placed your order, please send us a message with the photo(s) you would like us to use for your child’s personalised character. For the best result, please send a clear, front-facing photo with good lighting where your child’s face and hairstyle can be seen clearly.

Photo Privacy
Your child’s privacy is important to us. The photos you send are used only to create your personalised character and activity pack. Once we have finished creating your custom character and no longer need the original photo, the photo will be deleted from our working files.

Your child’s original photos will not be used in advertising, social media, listing images or promotional material without your separate permission.

The finished illustrated character is a stylised design inspired by your child’s photo and is not intended to be an exact portrait.

Activities may vary depending on the theme and can include colouring pages, mazes, counting, matching, tracing, I-Spy, spot the difference, patterns, drawing prompts and other themed activities.

Each order also includes 2 bonus colour stickers featuring your child as their chosen themed character.

Perfect for birthdays, party favours, travel, quiet time, gifts, rewards and special keepsakes.

How it works
Send a clear front-facing photo of your child, choose your theme and pack size, and I’ll create a personalised illustrated character and themed activity pack. Your finished pack is then printed, packed and shipped to you.

Photo requirements
For the best result, please send a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo where your child’s face and hairstyle are easy to see. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, dark photos or images where the face is covered.

Please note that the finished character is a stylised illustration inspired by your child’s photo, not an exact portrait.
